It was... interesting. I love the animation, the plot twist was unexpected ( for me), and the ending was sad (and the cycle continues...).The message I got was to appreciate yourself for who you are, and not live your life wishing you were someone else, even if they do seem "perfect" in every way.
Damn it all, this video very tragic. I spent over 10 minutes watching this poor man, this "prole", live his pathetic life, only to end up in an even worse position.
Whether this comment is useless or not, this is my opinion. Thank you for creating such a wonderful flash, but my personal experience was marred by the anti-climatic ending.

Not my usual type of short film..... But it gives you a message; loud and clear.

This was amazing. Though the beginning felt a bit slow and had nothing to propell me to continue watching.

The animation in this was good, a little choppy but pretty standard for something done in flash, and the story, well I wasn't as completely captivated as some people giving reviews but it defiantly was well written and well structured. The music was a little boring but was a good choice and fit the different moods you were trying to portray very well. What I really loved, was the amazing art. The environments and the mood they portrayed, especially in the poorer neighbourhood was extremely well drawn, inked and coloured. I loved the little bits of detail everywhere when he was walking around in the poor location and in his apartment. Also, although I didn't think it was quite as cool, the rich, upper-class environments were a really interesting contrast and well done. The only thing strang was how the upper-class enviroments (including the characters once they enter it) had so much less detail and colour, but I'm not going to let that effect the score because I'm guessing it's to represent the fake, artificial atmosphere of hollywood/american tv upper class lifestyle.
