I'm having near to 85-90 % chances to hit, and I'm missing almost all my attacks. Is fine this system? I think is not

People have pointed out the problem already but i would like to make some additions such as why are there so many women in the arena but thats just nitpick my problem is there is no indicator how much does 1 stat increase what it does and i also figure that speed doesn't always make you go first but it increases how often do you play for example if you have lots of speed you can sometimes play twice before your opponent.RNG is or percentage are completely broken so i went dexterity str and speed and lost only 2 times in 14 games in multiplayer at from lvl 15 to lvl 23 also healing is really ineffective because dmg/health has been balanced as dmg / health + armor and healing doesn't heal armor so its almost useless also at start combo x2 hits lower than power strike untill lvl 26 or so and throw has insane critical chance so my team was 1 power attack tree 1 combo tree 1 throw tree rarely lose and when i do it is either RNG or my fault or gear difference.

I have also noticed some commenters are wong on 2 main points that i have noticed. 1st Grind : It is balanced but only if you occasionally play multiplayer it levels you like crazy, I only gave break to multiplayed when enemy started to outgear me especcially if you try to fight lvl 23 with lvl 14 armor... You can still win but you will need very good tactics and team composition ( gave mine in last paragraph).2nd point is some people say it is realistic that you miss often... Well if you are drunk that is i am personally doing kendo for 2 years now and i can tell you, in a real fight you don't miss but enemy parries or counters faster that you can hit while strength is almost irrelevant after a certain point because sword is so sharp it cuts limbs as if they are hot butter. So imo devs should study sword mechanics a little more before adding sword fighting into the game imo

Some of the stats are seriously bugged. When playing 2v1 I (27speed) almost had more speed than both enemies(15+18) combined. Not only did they get to attack first, but they got to attack me 4 times before I could react... and this happens almost everytime.

The animation is good, great ideas. Just missing something, already a great game, but it could use a few more things to make it amazing! But don't mind me I play this game daily!
