I just made this for fun (and to try out Stencyl) It's a pretty neat piece of software, sure was fun to play with. I was going to wait and submit this for Robotday and all that, but I can't spend anymore time playing around with the tools right now. So I'd rather just get it submitted and get back to work on Sagittarian 4.
Notes on Stencyl, MOST of the function in game came with the software. Jumping, all of that. I customized some bits here and there, but the hard part was done. Area transitions, I never found any good tools for that so I built my own in the Stencyl scripting language to allow back and forth between maps.
Was fun! Stay cool guys!

Gives a little hunch to your moral side, but then, the whole story feels so incomplete you do not really care.
Like trogdor57 stated, this feels just like Wall-E, more so, "The creators were." is such a pessimistic assumption.
And it's short. Not that I don't like a piece of art packed into a platform game - this is just short. From those bits of information you give player one could make up the whole story but that's not the point.
That's not the first platform art game you'd see around here. And with a bad ending as well - one included killing whole families, nuclear bombings and scientists hanging themselves. I dunno why people like those so much, there's no element of Katharsis in most "dark, gloomy platform art games".
Polish it, shine it up a bit and make it longer. And give alternative ending. I gave that player alternative ending, gamers love alternative endings.

I really liked the layering of the background. Lots of detail. Looking forward to Sagittarian 4!

dead drops are not a problem if you cling to the wall and hop back up if the screen doesnt go down

This game was so mysterious , i couldn't help but keep playing. I never realized how much better gameplay was without background music. Overall , amazing job!
