Should put a preloader in there because having it automatically start is a little annoying. There should also be an end screen with a replay button so it doesn't repeat in a mind mashing loop for eternity!
Technical details aside though it was a nice animation. I don't really like it when people just grab a funny audio clip and animate something over the top but for what it is you've done it well. I like your art style a lot. The soft colours and thing lines give it a laid back appearance that fits perfectly with the tone of the audio clip. The animation was a little static and whilst the lip synching was decent the facial expressions could have been a little more varied. Sure they widened there eyes and closed them whilst laughing but a bit more motion would have been nice.
I liked the various animals you had playing the roles and that added another comedic element that stopped the joke getting too stale. As a whole despite not really liking the concept i thought it was decent, definitely a nice art style.
