Saying that you just got flash isn't an excuse, you just need to draw better. Drawing has nothing to do with flash. I suggest buying one of these flash pens because that's way better than using your mouse. I'm not trying to break you down here, just giving constructive criticism. Your microphone is pretty good, so you won't have real problems with voice-overs. I'd also suggest making your mouth animations less choppy, because it just looks like flashing black holes right now. 2.5/5 for decent voice-over and effort.
What if I were to scan my real drawings?

I am sorry, but this sucks more than Rebecca Black and Justin Bieber combined, well maybe not, but it sucks a lot.
its my 1st animation and I was just messing about. It only took about an hour and i didn't know how to use flash. sorry. I've started the actual thing and its a lot better in my opinion.
