Just 1 thing you should add a bullet count? How many you got left? Or a TImer?
Endless Bullets ;-)

i can't win the hard mode because it's too hard but it's still a cool game

Poor art and boring gameplay, not every concept turns in a work of art.
With the lame excuse of "skills" this game pretend to justify the absence of real controls. And story.
And purpose.

My bad, thought the Hard Mode was just and endless one :p well that makes your game quite cooler :D
mmm... Endless mode could be interesting in a sequel. I'll think about that.

@ClockWorkMonster Yeah yeah, you say that, but I agree with Master120, this is an unbearable violation of whatever rights tentacle beasts may have, plus he can't act like sending flower would be an absolute win with any intelligent, pacific creature. I mean, for all we know sending them alien stuff grown from the dirt up there is pretty much considered like wanting them to find a box of flaming, razor stuffed crap in their mailbox. That ghost is a jerk.
...
That being said, nice game :D I personnally love runner games, and mixing one with some shooter elements is a great idea. The art may be minimalistic, but pretty decent, and the gameplay is simple enough to prevent us from choking out of sheer rage when we get surrounded while blasting a boss away, WHILE jumping over stuff.
Now, much like most games of its genre, yours could use a little bit of variety, maybe with traps or collapsing platforms like in canabalt, or you could even implement some "hardcore" mode where the running is faster-paced.
This still is solid work as it is, loved it ! Keep it up :)
There is a hard mode, faster and with no powerups (only score ones).
More stuff wiull be added in the sequel.
I'll also add a message: "DISCLAIMER: No real tentacled monsters were harmed in the making of this game. Don't try to send flowers to ancient octopi creatures at home. Leave that to professionals"
