N-Cat is a character from an upcoming cartoon series called Lil' Paco.
He's a smooth talking cat from Hell, and he knows everything about our world's most taboo topics, especially drugs.
The animation on this one is crude, and since I'm no expert on Flash some quality's been lost in the conversion, but if you stick with this series and what I have planned for it you're going to be pleasantly surprised by what's in store.

Hey, just got an account to review this. Not sure why people are too concerned with the animation - seeing as you said you're new to Flash it looks good. The voice-acting was great. The guide is funny, I like the common sense approach, it sounds like N-Cat is high and just shooting the breeze with the audience, which I think (hope) was the point. Can't wait to see more of N-Cat.

Reminds me of some of the older style of flash animation. Like some of the old stuff from IllWill press. I think you should have made it more rant like though. More of n-cat talking about why it should be legalized rather then facts about weed.
Good suggestion, man. I've already finished the next installment of N-Cat's Guide to Drugs, it's going to cover acid. Since it's already done, I can't implement your suggestion immediately, but anything following that one will have N-Cat ranting more, we'll see if it improves it. I guarantee you the animation will improve.
I'd also suggest that if you think N-Cat would be a good spokesperson for your cause, feel free to spread the word. :)
