If it hadnit been for the uprades this game would suck. No Offense.

At first I thought "This isn't bullet hell at all". But after boss 5...
Excellent game. And the music is superb.
If you ever make a sequel (which I hope you do), add medals and achievements.
I thought a challenging, yet realistic one should be 'Clear The Game on The First Day'.
How about it?

A very nice omage to the retro games such as galaga, then the interesting elements of bullet hell and the rpg element thrown in does make it a uniqe expireince. You can even feel the difference between the beginning when you have two upgrades to when your maxed out, blowing through the first four bosses that use to kill you.
Some story would have been nice, some more upgrade options, maybe even choosing different weapons or ships, or even have the option powereup to spice things up.
still a good game and it feels great as it takes me back to galaga, space invaders and other curtain shooters. I also like the art direction, I know their was little but it had a very sireal sense and the movement was suprisingly smooth and precise wich is a big problem Ive had with curtain shooters.
