The ricochet series has gotten better with each new installment and this addition is definitely the best so far.
The gameplay here is simple, but very precise. I like how you have to think about the angle of your shot. The exploding remote barrels/boxes were a nice touch, though I found a glitch with them. When you activate one of these objects and screw up, you can't hit R and try again, you have to fire another shot and then hit R.
The sound is great overall, the gun has a satisfactory POW and the bullet penetration is effective, though I think it sounded better in RK2. The music sounds a bit bland, like it was made in 5 seconds with Fruity Loops, but it's catchy and doesn't wear on the brain.
The graphics are great. I love all the colorful, urban backgrounds and the noir-ish silhouettes look good. One nit-pic I have, though: when your character dies he turns into an enemy sprite. This problem was non-existent in the second game, so it's a bit odd seeing it here.
The challenge in this game was pretty well-balanced. It was interesting having to grind every level previously completed just to get 10 extra points and, eventually, unlock the last 20 levels.

just like the others, challenging, but do-able.

Great game. The only problem I have is it gets boring after awhile, other than that it is a very good game.
