Run around the infinite, ever changing corridors of the Neon Dunjun, gathering flowers and shooting everything. ZAP!

Grab the key to the next floor.. try not to let monsters take it off you.
Once you've picked all the flowers, the doorway shall appear..

Grind the walls for a speed boost and the power of squishing!
The edges of the maze wrap around - do try not to shoot yourself in the back.

Controls:
- Movement: WASD / arrows
- Firing is automatic

- Toggle mute: M
- Toggle pause: P
- Quit to main menu: ESC

How to grind walls:
- While moving along a wall, press towards that wall to start grinding it.
- Grinding charges you up and makes you move faster
- When fully charged you will start flashing silver - you can now SQUISH enemies by running through them!
- When nearing maximum, lethal charge, you'll start flashing red - better stop grinding or you'll explode. BOOM!
- To stop grinding, just press again in the direction you're moving (or any direction with no wall)

Mastering wall grinding and the powers it gives is the key to survival.

The key to getting MASSIVE POINTS is chaining. Collect things in unbroken chains for way higher scores.

- The total score for a chain of flowers rises exponentially with each flower picked.. (e.g., 1 flower = 1 point. 10 flower chain = 100 points. 100 flower chain = 10,000 points!).. as soon as you move onto a space with no flower, the chain ends.

- You can also chain monster squishing and food collecting - though the rules for these are slightly different. Experiment!

TIP:
The key doubles as a handy bullet shield. It's definitely a good idea to get hold of it as early as possible. Unless doing so will break the huuuge flower chain you're in the middle of pulling off..

So yeah! Shoot stuff, squish stuff, pick flowers, collect food. Watch out for THE GHOST. Enjoy! =)

This game will make you high, and it's healthy at the same time .. so just enjoy the trip, and have fun ! We hope you like it ! :)

Possibly one of the most addicting games I have had the pleasure to play. It's simple, incredibly fun, and looks just dazzling.
I highly suggest you turn this game into an app so It could be played on an iphone or iPad. I would definetelly buy this as an app.

I am so in love that I am actually kind of protective of this game. I want to accuse the people who rated this game poorly of being philistines, of having no sense of what makes a game brilliant. The only problem I see is that there is no way to play two-player as there is in the desktop version.

Fantastic! Through and through I love the extraordinary difficulty of the game with the sheer diversity of enemies and the whole chain concept. It reminds me of an arcade game: even though you gave instructions, there's an enormous lot left unsaid about the game, it's up to the player to discover everything else. It's fast, furious and sometimes merciless.

Bugs. This game is surprisingly immaculate. I couldn't find a single bug or error other than the pause button; clicking out of the game is better than clicking the pause button. However, there was ONE semi-serious issue that I hit. Eventually I got to a point where there were the green spotted enemies that spawn themselves and blue spotted counterparts, which eventually become gray and indestructible. I had about three or so clusters of those enemies, ensuing mass chaos. The game got so frenzied that some sound stopped working, notably the charging sfx that serves as an admonition. Again, this was pretty far in-game (at around the 100,000 mark). Eventually it fixed itself (at about 130,000). Another minor issue: when the game presents you a medal, the game can REALLY LAG if there's plenty going around already.

The best way to play is to chain fruit like a boss. Grind 'till you're red and there are plenty of enemies and squish them all in quick succession. And the key helps too, really.

And I have to ask, how does one get an extra life? I've tried observing, but it seems to just be a haphazard reward for combo-ing a bunch, rather than gained as an item like health and power are.

All in all, thanks a lot for making this wicked retro game. I'll be waiting for someone to beat my high-score (yes, that's a challenge).
