I really love the Ninja Zero series, just one thing: It seems my character is "frozen"on spot when I start a level, and I have to shoot a star to be able to move him. Nothing dramatic though.

Its hard for a developer to get paid, ads are one of the only reliable ways. I agree that ads should be more secure, but if no one views ads, developers have to get different jobs. Jobs that are not making games to entertain you while you're at work. If the game doesn't work for you because you're blocking ads, then the game wasn't intended for you in the first place.
