Needs some work. The autofire should carry though when you change weapons. There were several times when I changed weapons and realized I was not firing, even though I was holding down the fire button. You're supposed to use multiple weapons so it's counterproductive if I change weapons and have to reclick to fire. There should also be more upgrades for each weapon.

Retromite responds:

Thanks for the feedback! I actually agree with you, and it was like this originally. However it also resulted in problems when using the Arrow Key switching method, resulting in accidental firing of one shot weapons and such.

In hindsight it probably would have made sense to have made cycling weapons stop the fire, while switching to a weapon directly with a number key continue firing.

I rather enjoyed it. I thought it a bit short, but overall a well put together game. A good old-timey arcade feel..kinda reminiscent of Metal Slug, if you don't mind my saying.

I just started playing, and I have to tell you I think the music is awful. It's really super grating, loud and just throwing noise in my face - you don't have to have this constant loud snare drum beat going on all the time, a little light synth would get the point across just fine.

Addicting! The downside is when you get a game over, you have to start over aaaaaal over again. Total bummer.
