Jones is a robot with a mission, a mission to restore something he once held dear...no matter what the cost.
Ok, I can understand that some may not like the art (which may need work) and some of the sound-effects, but that's no reason at all to vote this one down for me.
The storytelling in this flashmovie is definitely above average. Maybe a bit old-school, but I really, really like that! Some good action sequences, a well-paced development of the story arc, even some film noir references - and the end feels just right for this.
I would love to see more of such movies here on NG, no doubt.
christ, look your animation and art are both spectacular but this is the most unoriginal and least funny thing ive seen in a long ass time. You literally dont have jokes, its just unfunny memes and references to youtube videos. Christ man you didnt even put effort into the writing you just threw in popular things that little kids would find funny. It was honestly just a disaster and you shouldnt waste your skills on bullshit like this. Im literally baffled at how well recieved this is.
Yea that robot in the rain wearing suit and hat and the discosoundtrack is from samurai jack.
And some voice can't do no harm or screams I don't know.
I have to admit your one of the few people on new grounds that knows when to add appropriate music
btw did you do all the music yourself???? it was nice
you animation skills can use some work but you have a clear vision obviously of how to tell a story with minimal talking and that is no easy feat with your art style.....but it's the effort that counts I like it man!
thanks my dude! i didnt make the music i used a lot of dubstep remixes of ellie goulding songs and samurai jack tracks, i love them to death
Awesome! I liked the story, the art and especially the music selection (is the first rave song from a Samari Jack Episode?)
yeah its from one of the earlier episodes i believe, thanks for the review!
