Wow, this is a really unique concept. That zooming mechanic really gives this game it's own personality. You could do so much with that.
The controls feel nice and tight, and the objective is very clear. I won't judge on graphic quality. It is a ludum dare submission, after all.
I also noted that the game never felt repetitive. Every level of the game had it's own unique level of difficulty. The whole thing felt very well planned.

Interesting concept, cool design, interesting extra things:
-Find Hard Mode
-Beat Hard Mode
-Do the game perfectly (no damage)
I can't find the other three, but I've:
-Killed the boss as the only enemy I kill
-Beat Hard mode with no life loss
-stuff?
I'm guessing one of those is beat hard mode while losing no life, getting all cash, and killing all enemies, but that sounds retarded hard to get.
None of the ones left involve beating hard mode without losing life

controls tended to stick. I tap a direction for a split second, and I keep moving ion that direction, even if I'm not touching the keyboard. kind of annoying when you have to shot things without getting hit.

a perfect game but i cant get the last 5 medals someone post how to get them. oh and also i cant seem to kill the big stone boss hes invincible. i tried shooting the boss in his eyes he flashed red which meant i hit him. i did it a couple more times but i still didn't kill him.
