As usual, your animation is some of the best out there. However, I just thought this flash felt a bit "empty." I never was that big of a fan of the Starbarians, though I thought they managed well enough as a one hit wonder. Now that your making an actual series, I feel I must question your judgement. Like I said before, everything art wise was nearly perfect; it's everything else that felt a bit lacking. The story is just a "excessive violence, boobs, and manliness" type of story, nothing all that special there. The characters are the same, empty parodies without much of a personality. Same with the setting, just one big sci-fantasy action parody filled with 80s cheese. Even the jokes suffered, they were just so predictable and bland. If not for the animation, I would not have enjoyed this as much as I did. Everything just felt generic and uninspired. This probably stems from taking what should have been a one note, silly type of cartoon you usually do and turning it into an entire series. It's like taking the Saturday Morning Watchmen toon or Avatar: Hot Na'vi Sex into a series. The joke that spawned them gets old real quick and there's not much to pick up the slack. Now I respect your decision to continue with this series, but I think it would be much more practical if you continued to do what you did before.

Is anyone else having issues with the video playing really glitchy? Just me then?

Entering into the citadel of Harry Partridge, I expected the type of comedy that I don't really find today around the media. A certain type of can-do attitude mixed with some exuberance. With this though, I was thoroughly disappointed for what it could've been.

I'm probably going to be praised as a "sacrilegious and blasphemous traitor to the Newgrounds society" of sorts. Just hear me out: I've seen some of your Flash movies before. They brought me joy, happiness, causing me to list off synonyms in a certain order of lunacy. Yes, I do realize that you always had some type of perverted roots for humor, if you will. You seem to be going back to your roots....which can't always be a good thing.

I'll say it: the artwork was the only thing that was the slightest bit redeeming for me. The weirdness of the characters and the creativity for the backgrounds was actually very well-done. The two of you obviously worked hard on it. I just wish that you worked a bit harder on the humor issue.

Of course, voices were very well done. Good job, as usual.

Just in case if I'm not clear: PUH-LEEZE!!!! Do NOT go back to the roots of your twisted humor. The reason that I watch your movies now is that they have developed some sense of cleverness to them. I remember watching the trailer which came out about....I want to say about a year now. I should've gotten some sense of what I was in for, but I tuned in anyway. Like I expected, utter disappointment.

Good luck with future endeavors with the series.

Great animation, but an otherwise boring and predictable story. I didn't find it all that funny because the humor lacked cleverness. Everything happened exactly as I thought it was going to and there were no moments or quotable phrases that I could tell other people and make them laugh (at least not within my circle of friends). It is listed as a comedy right?

Some people focus on the art, some people focus on the voice talent, most focus on the boobs, but I focus on writing and story. And this comes up a bit short.
