*UPDATE*
Alrighty, thanks for the reviews so far. Keep 'em coming.
-SO, I'm still not sure why some people's scores aren't being posted, but I changed the way in which the game posts scores to NG. Hopefully that fixes it.
-Also changed how medals get unlocked. Hopefully that fixes THAT.
-Added a visual of scores from your last round and your highest score saved into the Scoreboard screen. Your highest score saved might be reset (just on your computer, not the Newgrounds leaderboards).
Oh noes! It's Winter again and those pesky BULLIES are ambushing innocent pedestrians with snowballs.
-INSTRUCTIONS-
Use the arrow keys to move
Toggle "Q" for quality
You get points every time you don't get hit by a snowball. Your score gets multiplied by your multiplier whenever the hourglass resets. The higher the level, the more points per snowball.
-HIGH SCORE PRO TIPS-
Grab as many multipliers as you can
Get "close call" bonus multipliers by passing near snowballs

For the most part, it was just a weird game. It seems weird to make a game like this when it's the middle of Spring. Then again, maybe you come from some part of the world where it's snowy at this time of year? I was disappointed to find out that you had no real means of defense here. It was still fun, because the graphics were great. Everything was nicely detailed, even if it looked silly.
I think it would have been better if you could have richoted the snowballs onto your opponents. It just seemed weird that the scores would be so high. The #10 spot has a score of over a million while the #11 spot has 100,000. Error, perhaps? It also helps that the music is nice and it helps you along the way.
Thanks, nice review. Yeah it is weird releasing this so late. In my defense, I finished it in early February and had some issues finding a sponsor. Turns out I had a lot of design flaws (the high score mode was almost non-existent at that point!). But Tom here was awesome enough to give me some tips and go for a sponsorship. Three cheers for Tom!
