Well, to those people who think the animator is being insensitive about rape, two things.

First, he, if I recall correctly, have implicitly said that he was a victim of rape on YouTube. As a result, he has this fixation with anal rape jokes. Now, you might find anal rape jokes unfunny, but you can't say that he's being offensive just for the sake of it.

Second, that's the point of the whole rape scene: The first few minutes of the animation is a self-aware parody of the usual Minecraft parody, until it was reversed when Steve punched the Creeper. Most Minecraft players are aware of how disruptive Creepers are in game, so the animator channeled that hatred of the players against the Creepers by making Steve attack the creature, in order to garner cheering from the people who actually hate Creepers... until the rape scene happens, in which the joke is on the people who wanted to see the Creeper getting beat up.

So basically, the joke here is that we see a Creeper getting beat up in order to satisfy people's want for revenge against them, then it leads to a rape scene, which as presented by the animation as something bad and dramatic. The joke, therefore, is on the viewers who wanted revenge against Creepers.

Not to mention the Creeper gets his revenge at the end of the video by blowing up Steve.

So yeah, to people who are offended by this animation: You're not just being too oversensitive, but also being intellectually shallow. That's all.

How could this pass the greenlight? How in the hell can someone joke about rape like this?
It's so sad how how the artist, who is really talented otherwise, choosed this path of "comedy".
Such a waste.
