It was a pretty fun shooter. I liked the bit of rpg element thrown in as well :) Only complaint I have. Main Menu button at the end of the game doesn't work. Other then that, 4 stars.

I found it an enjoyable shootey game.
My only two problems were
1) Magic attacks do not work on the final boss, so in the end those felt kind of pointless (I had the upward shot at the end).
2) The Main Menu button on the ending screen does not seem to do anything.

Good solid platformer/shooter. I liked the old gamey feel and the varying upgrade options. Could stand to be a tad more difficult though.

This turned out to be more fun than I initially thought it would be. Good variety of enemies with distinctive attacks, and the platform navigation was enjoyable due to design and jetpack usage. The only suggestion I can make is to remove the upgrade shortcut key, as it kept deciding that the best upgrades for me were repeatedly switching between the two weakest magics whenever they became available. Also, I had jump mapped to the same button (up) which caused additional problems.
