Easy to play, Hard to master: ZC2 is a massively enhanced version of the highly acclaimed Zone Control. Each victory yields skill points to be spent on various upgrades to units and structures. Defeat red to increase your rating and work your way to the top of the leaderboards. Rating determines how good the AI is so if you're good at Zone Control you better be prepared for the challenge of a lifetime once you get above 1200 rating.
Nice game. I agree that we need to be told about the space bar. It's also nice that we now get to keep our progress in terms of rating and points to spend. I still like ZC1's purity, but this is also cool.
Very underrated. Once you figure out how to play, it's pretty darn challenging. The AI gets more skills as you progress until you each get 50 (including home base). It's actually a little easier then than earlier when the AI has more skills than you (like 49:41), but if the AI gets just the right combo or you make a mistake... If you like this kind of game, stick with it until your score gets over 1300 or so. I found it pretty easy up to about 1500, but very challenging after that.
it might be useful to have a control guide or tutorial to show you how to build stuff. i went 10 rounds before i found out you have to hit space to build
very fun i like these types of games however its very luck based and my finger hurts however i think this is under rated 4 stars
