I love these games... they definitely grow on you.
I wish the music was a bit creepier, and perhaps you can have someone check your grammar in your intro. I hate being a grammar nazi, but I can't help it. "Insanity has spreaded into the city and who knows where else." sounds utterly ridiculous.

the next step to make it more awesome would be co-op but other than that what a step up from the old 13 days in hell

great game completed it pretty quickly on normal but didnt really give lots of ammo very difficult to find large amounts
