* Arena Mode - Play through the Nexus Training Program and become the most powerful L337 Unit in all of Nevada!
* Story Mode - Take down Project Nexus, selecting from a handful of heroes from the Madness universe to do the job.

So far, I've been playing this game for several weeks, possible a month and a half already, and having many, many opinions to this game. This game is very incredible and has unique ways to play too! Moving around, avoiding bullets, blocking and deflecting bullets, overkilling the enemies, many things with many more killing sprees within this game, in which it makes it so interesting and very addicting!
I'm already a level 125 on Arena Mode, with more than 50 M249 SAWs, since I usually have it for my hired AIs, or just a collection, made it up to Wave 49 and wanted to stop since the lag was really, really unstable, and thought about just go back to Wave 1. The Zombie was REALLY gives me the challenge, especially when making to higher levels, you can't get away at all! I really hope the High Scores are soon to be put up, it'll give many players some challenges if they want to go against others!
The Story mode is very, very great! I hope there will be more episodes throughout the madness, whether it's made up, or continuing on from the main Madness series.
My only downside of this game, on my opinion, is the lag is becoming unstable, which is very understandable from all those dead bodies or bunch of bullet shells lying around for more realism ideal. It would be nice if there is a feature where you can turn off the dead bodies or bullet shells that's been lying around for so long, in order to reduce the lag.
All in all, this game is extremely fun to play on, really addicting, and really crazy! Wish there would be more guns around, more destructive sub-bosses for Arena Mode, more clothes or armor to wear, and a BIG Co-op in Arena Mode up to Six players, so they would get a chance to play with each other and figure out what to do together in certain situations.
