This game currently features:
* Arena Mode - Play through the Nexus Training Program and become the most powerful L337 Unit in all of Nevada!
* Story Mode - Take down Project Nexus, selecting from a handful of heroes from the Madness universe to do the job.
But the story is not over! This game will be updated with more missions, more story, more game modes, and MOAR MADNESS.

just when i thought this game was way too easy i met a huge ass dude with a minigun and i shat a golden brick and he pwned me within seconds with full health FANTASTIC GAME

completely addictive gameplay, great assortment of weapons and apparel, the only thing I can say is keep the updates flowing for more material.

This is an incredible game for both long time fans of madness and for people just going into the Carnage of Madness, I can see it as getting a console port like alien hominid did!

The thing thing series is crap compared to project nexus.you guys can add the PANCOR jackhammer
(it is rapid-fire shotgun,similar in design to the TAR-21)
Also add Sanford's hook too the arena mode.
You guys should also add the SOCOM tactical
(it is a big rifle, the one deimos had in madness combat 6.5 or 7.5)
I hope you guys add these weapons to arena mode, to make project nexus better.
