Shake the mouse furiously up and down to complete as many pull-ups/chins as possible. This may be a standard test of hand quickness and stamina but there are actually other ways to achieve a really good score. As a special bonus you can change the game character and play as yours truly...

Its ok. You could definitely add like upgrades or other ways to exercise to make it more fun

Very good, it would be better if you add some "upgrades" system or something like that.

Simple and addicting, but at that, very simple. Also, hard as hell to play with trackball!

Works best with a touchpad but a standard mouse should work almost as well.
