Needs a preloader. Also, more length. it's on the right track and the animation is good. Newgrounds offers a free easy preloader, and even tells you how it works.

Decent little Madness flash. Simple but well-animated. It feels like a practice run or a prototype though, since there's no preloader and it loops.
