dys4ia is an autobiographical game about the period in my life when i started hormone replacement therapy. it's a story about me, and is certainly not meant to represent the experience of every trans person.

This was an okay game. Actually, it was a series of mini games. Graphics and sound were average. The medal did work.

It's not bad.
My only concern was that you put the 'medical' half in a negative light. I'm not trying to make excuses for the health care system, Lord knows it's has a lot of problems. It's just annoying that health care workers often get shown as the bad guy in this kind of situation, when insurance companies are usually the ones dictating what can and can't be done.
That said, if this story is true, then hopefully everything works out okay for you and you enjoy your new outlook on life.

Cool story bro, but i don't really see how you have any validity in the indie community considering you just make these rant things rather than real "games".
:it is a mystery:

I am going to show my true feelings on the subject. I do feel it sad when someone like you is going through this. I can't begin to understand how or why you feel this way. But the thing I hate the most is giving us shit for not understanding or being able to accept you right away without knowing your situation. If you would be patient and give people time they would acccept you. You can't turn normal people into villans because they don't understand you right away. It justifies anything wrong they will say against you. We can't treat you as normal because your situation isn't normal. If telling off a stranger is the only way for you to get your self-esteem back then your doomed! But I still wish you happiness and success. I just think the message of this game needs therapy. This isn't an insult, it does help.

As a game, this stunk. However, as a story, I would have liked to have seen; more explanation into the reasoning behind your decisions, what other options there are available and why you chose to use a specific type of hormone replacement. I believe a lot is left unanswered. Questions that a viewer did not have going into the flash, but would pick up along the way.
