The game and it's details are pretty brain dead. But that's looking at this as a gamer...

I came here looking for answers. And I know that what you've put here won't be my experiance, I already feel alot of the problems. It was actually comferting to play this and read your thoughts. I'm planning on doing HRT myself and look forward to it. I don't know if I'd talk to my family about it though but All I can think about is: I am ready for level 2..

I thought it was an engaging way to get inside some else's head. Not fitting through the wall and passing by mirrors and judgmental people were particularly effective. I would have liked a little more freedom to express myself in the game. Like picking routes, or multidimensional movement.

Good job. Nice game :)

Wow, this is incredibly inane.
This "game" combines the lazy pretentiousness of the worst indie games with the self-absorbed whining of a man who thinks he is a special little snowflake. If at least the gameplay was good this wouldn't be much of a problem. As it turns out, the gameplay (if it can be called that) is completely insignificant and vacuous.
I give it half a star because it could still have value as a time waster for certain types of people who do not value their time at all.

as someone who's struggled with similar (but not always identical, or even close) issues around identity, i can tell you, if we're basing this on emotional weight alone, as most artistic contributions should primarily be judged, this gets a 12/10, or, 5. that being said - skill can enchance presentation, presentation can lead to people letting go of preconceptions, but - you have found your answer, good luck to you! i wish you all the best; from the sidelines! now to end with a slightly-still-confused *confuzzledchirp!*

Dys4ria isn't so much of a game as it is an Interactive experience. It surely gives you a feeling of what it feels like to be a woman trapped in a man's body, and maybe even a man trapped in a woman's body. The gameplay is Relatively simple by just using the arrow keys to move the things in the game, such as a person or in one case, the sun. This is one of those experiences that someone should play when they have the time to. As for the Visual standpoint, it's a simple 8-bit looking game with a lot of colors. Although there was one point where the colors look almost felt eye hurting, such as the blue and Pink characters on a greenish yellow background. It's a Decent enough game to call an experience and if people get the chance to play it.
