dys4ia is an autobiographical game about the period in my life when i started hormone replacement therapy. it's a story about me, and is certainly not meant to represent the experience of every trans person.

I really like it, I mean it wasn't like those art game who are boring and stuff, here you are telling using many game style for telling your story, that make me feel fascinate and make the game dynamic. And yeah, know game are another way to pass messages and make something who wasn't really "exciting" but "interesting" and it's cool.

Good luck for you and your new life Anna.

Thank you for sharing your experience, I'm not saying that i'm in the same pain as you were/are but I'm a gender-fluid/androgynous identified lesbian and a LGBTQA++ sister to you. Transitioning takes tremendous courage. Thank you for sharing your story <3

I like this kind of game, make you see things in another kind of view.
Yet you can't really call it a game, can you?
There is no way to lose and is pretty much an interactive movie, so i can't really give it 5 star as a "game".
So it's 3.5 stars as a game, but it deserve 5 stars as a movie.

I actually agree with SeelkadoomPL to an extent. This felt more like interactive modern "art" than a game. I'm not putting down your experiences, or the way you convey them (I actually liked the pixely art style in some areas, I also found lots of the ways you conveyed certain scenes as creative), but as a game, this just doesn't really cut it. Aside from the tiny little interactive parts, I felt like this would've fared much better as a movie than a game. I feel like McMillen has the perfect blend: interesting art/story along with strong gameplay. Again, I'm not against your story, or the way the art was portrayed, but how it fared as a "game", since you did label it so.
