You should put a preloader on every flash animation you plan to upload to the Internet, since some people who don't have very fast Internet might see a blank screen and exit out and vote 0. It's not very hard, simply google "NG Flash Loaders" and slip a preloader in on the first frame.
The backgrounds, while simple, were well constructed in terms of composition and the animation here was passable, but could definitely use some work. The animation looked mildly choppy at some points, like the timing was a tad off, but only a tad.
It was pretty good in the art aspect, not much to say here.
Sound levels in this particular flash animation were a problem for me, as some sound effects were louder than the music and it was quite annoying.
Overall, definitely a flash with potential.
Thanks for the helpful advice man, as for the choppy animation and weird audio all i can really say is that this was completed in about 2 or 3 days and i wasn't really planning on putting here on newgrounds, but for my bigger projects they will be much cleaner with alot more detail and attention. Again thanks for the in depth critiques.
