Another fantastic addition to the Papa franchise, Flipline :). I loved the addition of the Foodini minigames (even if that accursed Breakfast Blast game became nearly impossible by the last few stars). I also like that you have access to EVERY finished pancake/etc. at the build station, rather than being forced to complete whichever one came off the grill first (something that often bugged me with the Freezeria and Taco Mia games). I did notice a few minor glitches/annoyances though:

1) Sometimes during the building process (for me, this always happened with Yippy), butter pats would sometimes show through a pancake placed on top of them. It doesn't seem to affect the build score, but it did screw me up a few times.

2) I often found that if you closed out of the drinking station too quickly, your drink won't appear on the line when you switch over to the build station with a finished ticket. I'd usually be forced to switch back to the drink station and wait for it to fully reset before my drink would appear. I think it's prevented if you finish a ticket AFTER making the drink, but I'm not sure.

3) On the grill station, the second alarm that sounds for finished pancakes/etc. doesn't seem to sync with the color bar that indicates when it's fully cooked. I've tried completing the orders by both the alarm and the color bar, but I can't seem to find which one is more reliable for the final grill score.

4) A minor issue, but I was often annoyed by the delay between flavor additions (pecans etc.) while placing them on orders. It wasn't too much of a hindrance, but it would have been nice not to have to wait for the scoop to completely return to the addition bins before being able to add to other orders.

Still, it's a very fun game that sets the bar for restaurant games everywhere. I look forward to more :)

This game is very fun... until rank 15.
I know this game is supposed to be a job simulation, so it's supposed to be hard. However, once every single person starts adding a drink, waiting scores plummet. Maybe I'm not good at these games, but once the drinks came in, I quit. It was to hard and stressful. Besides, if a restaurant was ever this busy, there would be more than one person. Like most papa games, I play until the difficulty is unbearable and quit. I don't like hard games.
However, that aside, the first 14 ranks were really fun. This is currently the best papa game.

FliplineStudios responds:

Thanks for the feedback! We just updated the game so customers will be okay with waiting longer once the Drink Station is unlocked. Hopefully this will help a bit -- it'll still be hectic, but the "Waiting Score" won't drop drastically like it was doing.

Like all of Papa's cooking ventures, you'd expect fluid gameplay. The bane, however, is how impatient your costumers are, but hey, it's still fun. 4.5/5, the higher end, and still rated 5.
