Place blocks with the left mouse button, remove them with CTRL.
Known issues:
Mouse lag on Chrome for OS-X.
Linux stage3D has no hardware acceleration if I'm correct and should run very slowly.

Here's your free QA:
It's not stated if this is intended or not, but the blocks don't snap to each other. I should clarify that I DON'T mean "A block won't stick to the side of another block that is above ground level," I mean that the blocks seem to be allowed to fall/move outside of the "grid" that you can create a block in. ex. If you point "straight down" and spam blocks, they will collide and bump into each other and fall all about the map in a messy heap. This leads to my second point.
Blocks collide strangely. While spamming blocks, occasionally one or two of them will fly up into the air as if they got hit by a large force. This can also happen to the player while spamming blocks down at your feet. Once in a while a collision will cause your player to fly up into the air.
Movement can get stuck sometimes when you right click the screen while moving. Whether this has to be an instantaneous occurrence or not I'm unsure.
The edge borders of the field don't have a boundry, ie. you can run off and fall forever into the abyss. However...
Blocks can be placed from an infinitely large distance away. I was able to test this while falling forever and just spamming my mouse button. Also to note, blocks fall through the ground and "rain" into the abyss if they are placed from under the ground.
If by mouse lag you mean the camera doesn't move as quickly as the mouse does, this is an unacceptable bug to allowed to be released, even into a beta. ANNOYING AS HELL AND YOU GET ALL MY HATE FOREVER.
Also, 0/5 simply because this is incomplete and not really a game. Also, It's Unity, so 90% of what we see here hasn't been developed by you. The physics engine, collision system, camera, light, movement (including jumping), field, grass textures, block shapes, (and maybe the sky, unsure of that) are built into Unity and are use-able "out-of-the-box".
Physics by NVidia. If you have complaints, take it up with them.
