8 weeks later, and 7 weeks of basically experimenting with flash resulted in this finale. Other competitors started using some flash animations as well at this point. Since there was only four characters left standing the rule for this final battle was a "Free For All"
I think I was given bonus points for being the only one who actually made it a FFA, because every other competitor had their character basically take out every other remaining character one by one. The judges didn't include the dance scene at the end of the flash as part of the judgement (perfectly fair since it wasn't exactly combat related), but I think the dance was a nice way to bring the whole thing full circle from the end of round 2.
Needless to say Sir Yallow ended up winning the competition, there wasn't much in terms of a prize (I don't even remember what it was) but hey the simple knight ended up winning in a competition of around 100 participants, not too shabby. I certainly learned a fair bit about animating during the contest as well.
