HardCore Complex Classic RogueLike RPG

Version 1.09.
Fix Mana regeneration bonus.
Reduced High Level Enemy Magic Damage.

Quick Guide:
Tip 1: Good start is important press random buttons few times at charter creation screen ;).
Tip 2: First time visiting town press [Town Info]
Tip 3: Replay missions to gain extra experience, skill point, items and gold.
Tip 4: Spend Skill Points and Experience each time you visit town.

Keys: In town use mouse press town info to see what to click on.

Dungeons Keys:

Walk and basic attack.
Click Icons Of Direction with mouse or use keys

Overall a good game.

A few bug:
Sometimes two handed weapons are marked as one handed.
I was able to max out my "Rage" skill without the points avalible. It may have run a deficit.
Almost always one monster on the level was "asleep" and neither moverd or fought back.

is not as bad as other user said , but i think the map is a bit blend and the movement is a little bit stickly . the combat system can be imporve and the i hope their is a reset buttom for the skill point . other than those iusse i think this is a very good classic clawer . and i recomand to all die hard clawer like me . also if you want some good refence i recommand( hunter X hunter rpg )from P$1

Okay... where to start... I decided to give the game a chance, even though I read many comments about how boring it was. And, well, it really is pretty boring: movement, combat system, outfitting, purchasing stuff, etc.

+0.5 = I liked that you can choose your avatar & that each one has a different set of attributes. Randomized stats were alright too.

+0.5 = I'm glad the music in town and in the dungeons varied. I liked the music, but felt that it would fit a zombie or horror-type game much better.

+0.5 = Graphics for things in the town looks great, you can even distinguish the difference between enemies with/without shields. Ones being with the shields are the ones with more HP or defense. Although, the world map is relatively unappealing. Even the names of the Quests (Quest 1, Quest 2, etc) aren't given much thought. Also, giving a description for what attributes affect which stats is important.

-1 = You aren't able to move around in the town. I found that to be quite odd and almost thought the movement control system didn't work until I did Quest 1. Clicking on the buildings to enter them, instead of actually entering or getting near them was off putting too.

-2 = The combat system pretty much killed it for me. I was a mage - I'd fire the Magic Missile and it would just damage the enemy with a little flash and swoosh sound. It takes 3 steps to cool down... so run, run again, run once again, and then be able to attack with it again. I also noticed that my melee attacks, as a Very Old Man, are stronger than my 3 time upgraded Magic Missiles. Strange. Very unbalanced.

This wouldn't have been a problem, if I'd never be swarmed by enemies. Oh wait, it did and it was just the 2nd stage of Quest 2! "You Have died. You lost half of total and newSkill Points, Experience and Gold" ... D=<

Upon further review, I have noticed that the spawn point of doing quests is not always the same. This is important to note because the place I died was likely the center of many enemies. Perhaps I'm just unlucky.

-0.5 = The fluidity of the actions - the screen would flicker once to load - every time I attacked, equipped something, added a spell, increased my attributes. Movement was one step at a time, square by squared

Btw, why does the "Hammer" weapon look like a twig? =P

I don't think it's so bad. It's a dungeon crawler, so you can't expect too much. My only real complaint is how long it takes to move; and a bit more combat animation would have been nice, but all in all, it's a nice time killer.

another very boring game that looks like something it should of came from the 1970s. Other than that I think u need to catch up with the times and make more engrosing games or games that will better catch our attention. This was pretty borning. To improve simply improve graphics, sound, and overall gameplay.
