not bad good drawing but bad animation movement, little short, and i think i've heard some of those lines before in other videos or other things like pictures (spoof comics)

Definitely not bad, especially for an early attempt at animation. Maybe if it had been a bit longer, or if Oaks mouth had moved, but I understand that it takes a lot of time to do this. Keep up the good work, looking forward to more :)
