This would been good if either pace was quicker or more was going on as the speech continued
Some tips:
These type of jokes go better when they run in succesion of each other, but this is a promo so np. However I suggest if you make another one that you pick up the pace cause a quick joke needs quick deliverance.
If you use actual sound clip of something animation needs to keep busy in this case they stood still most the time, maybe you could let the master chief ride something ( horse sounds ) or simply do a lot more panning. ( Zoom in, moving camera left and right etc to give a sense of action )
Otherwise I would suggest quickening the pace by making your own parody speech with more halo related jokes.
This is indeed a promo based off the movie Braveheart.
The actual episode will entail a much cleaner animation process as well as having the jokes comes quick.

There's always that one guy who will betray you. Funny at the end.

It was alright, nothing to special or groundbreaking. The characters were designed well enough and hopefully the series itself will contain much humor and I look forward to seeing your next works.

Most of the flash was boring.....just untill the finish. (That guy can't aim). BTW: The end credits theme song, isn't half-bad.
