Not entirely that funny.
I really did like the animation style, very quirky and reminiscent of classic cartoons in a way. Now the memes you used probably needed to be updated a wee bit (short of the brony bit, I doubt that's going to die down any time soon), why not use the troll face or even some sort of similar meme face. Forever alone guy's come and gone so's pedobear but some ain't gonna die any time soon. Also, the voice acting seemed rather similar on all three characters by the way. I didn't find it that funny but it was still humorous.
I wanted to use the least amount of memes I can, cause this animation isn't really about memes. The humor is a bit nonsense with the freakout, so I understand.

you have good artistic skills and your voice acting is "meh" at best but anything i have ever seen you make has always been REALLY REALLY unfunny lazymuffin you need a partner, so you can do the drawing and the partner can do the joke writing. seriously go take a humor class or something.
I think I'm doing okay. Maybe it's not your type of humor.
I'll go take Humor class, learn the rule of three's, maybe get somewhere.

Still didn't laugh, not even once.
And I fucking love memes, they are funny as fuck.
But this wasn't, not even slightly funny.
Maybe you didn't like it cause this animation is sort-of anti-meme.

Its just so random, to the point it becomes unfunny, although I do understand why some people like it, not in an offensive way, its just not my type of humour.
