Well, this is the first game I ever beat with my toe...I guess that's something. If you tap the mouse button real quick you can add cereal to the bowl without adding cereal to the bowl. I guess this little game was intriguing enough for a star...
Sometimes it is the simplest things that amuse. I am giving this flash a high score not because it is better than the most recent submissions by Sexual Lobster, Johnny Utah, Oney, and Egoraptor combined (though it very well may be.) Let's face it: your drawing style and spelling could use improvement, especially the latter. The gameplay is... well, it is part of the joke, but it still could have used something a bit more engaging. And the general concept of tauting/teasing the game player isn't exactly new either.
Still, it's a game about pouring cereal. You didn't promise us anything brilliant or innovative. You had an idea for a game about pouring cereal while pouring cereal. You made a game in which the player pours cereal. Nothing more, nothing less. You even titled the game, "Pour Cereal Into A Bowl." So it's not like anyone can say the games sucks because all you do is pour cereal into a bowl. Judging from the few reviews, even people who didn't like the game played it to the end. For that, you should be commended.
The goal of the game is basically to hold down the mouse button until you reach 6000 points, which takes a rather long time and isn't entertaining. Sure, it plays music while the cereal is pouring, shows messages to the player after reaching a certain number of points, and changes the background two times, but it's still not really worth playing. Not to mention there are already similar games that are somewhat better in which the goal is to push a button over and over again to gain points and rewards.

Brilliance in Simplicity? Almost.
