The Purple Scare is a game I came up with over the course of a single week, in order to pass the time during Winter Break. In the game, you play as a simple circle trying to dodge other circles (now you can see why it only took one week). To control the circle use the arrow keys (or WASD) and the Shift bar to speed yourself up, you have only 5 lives before the game is reset to the first level.

A couple of issues
As a game, this isn't too bad, though, of course, all the graphics could be better.
But there are some real issues:
- The mechanic you use to check if things have hit each other. It is definitely broken, as I can get hit by purple circles when I clearly haven't touched them. This mechanic should be more precise. I'm guessing you have the image as a purple circle, but the hit box is a box around the circle.
-Reset after 5 deaths. This is a very bad part of the game. Rather than reset after some number of deaths, it'd be better if you just recorded the total number of deaths overall, and for each level. Similar to what another well-known avoid game does.
Level quality: Rather than just adding more purple circles or making them faster, you should try other types of movement.

Not bad but...
You could improve the hitboxes of the circles, because even standing very near to the circles you actually "touch" the circles.
