Just because you have potential,
next time if you colorize the thing, youll get 4/5 average rating.
also you should work on the sounds a little more, that it doesnt sound like a collage of sounds, add some background noise or smth you know the drill!

Hmm...
First off its not really a Dragonball Z parody is it? Its more a Parody of the opening to Red Alert 2....which obviously you quite enjoyed.
The animation was ok...though I hated that it was in black and white.
The song choice was cheesy.....Hide and Seek is overused.
Meh...Was ok...

Alright, not too bad
I feel as though I rated you fairly based on the fact that the movie was almost entirely black and white.
That being said, some of the sound was a bit annoying at times. I think keeping it down a bit at times will definitely help.
Overall, I gave it an less than average score; however, I feel as though you definitely have potential. I look forward to seeing your future animations1
