Keep your head up
Listen, you need to read some books, or even go on youtube for classes on character design, then storyboard. That what it looks like Im watching and animated storyboard, a test shoot. Do research on a good animator, and find out how he got where he's at today.
I am actually good in drawing on paper but not on flash. However, I know thousands of animators who have gotten as half as sucsessful as Walt Disney!

Self Esteem?
Good sir. Sometimes self esteem needs to be broken in order to be rebuilt. I'm sorry but this flash is awful. No sound, no story, hardly any animation. You have moving stills.
