Poor ripoff-
This is basically a copy of a Berserk Studios game called "Trap Master." There you played a monster in a dungeon in a platformer-style defense, defending a core structure from enemies spawning from multiple different parts of the map. The map was big so you had a minimap to scroll through it. You could choose between a few monster type, and they would eat people. Lastly, there were certain "spots" where you could install turrets or traps. These traps were installed during a separate "trap laying phase."
Need I say more? Except that game had a badass metal soundtrack, great art, and lots of blood. This game is "cute" and has black and white monsters, too many turrets to choose from (I don't feel like having the description of 10 things thrown at me right at the beginning) and the game freezes for a few seconds when you try to eat something.

A poor showing.
People really will play anything, it seems.
This is a slow-paced, repetitive tower defense whose only saving grace is that you eventually get to control a different black and white monster with which to slowly stomp around a screen, either watching as your towers do your work for you or left clicking like a madman.
I guess it's good if you've never played a good tower defense game before, but otherwise, maybe not.
Absolutely nothing stands out for this game. All of these elements have been done before, multiple times in the genre, and with better execution.

Great Game!
I really enjoy playing this!
The graphic art, and music set the mood nicely.
I really enjoyed the stat point system, and the items/upgrades.... it really added a nice feel to the game.
There are lots of options for different types of gameplay... and that is really nice, too!
AND
Thanks for adding a change controls option!
Overall.... the game is great.... but not perfect.
Gameplay does get a bit repetitive at times.... and at those times things that are normally just annoying become really frustrating.
A good example is the boss that inverts the control layout or the one that stops time....
It doesn't do anything but serve to annoy you.... and it is unavoidable.
A good combat system should offer a way to avoid any/all attacks.
The respawn timer is pretty much just there to taunt you in the later levels of endless mode, since if you die you're screwed. A 'restart wave' button should be implemented so if you make a critical error early on in a wave, you don't have to wait to re-do it..
Having to re-place turrets after failing a wave is annoying too... I got stuck on a wave in endless and had to spend 2 minutes messing with turrets at the beginning of every single round before I was ready to give it another shot, which made losing even more frustrating.
In story mode, some of the final monster evolutions are just weak compared to others. A preview of the evolution would have helped a LOT! If you did not include a decent preview you should have at least included a "De-evolve" ability. It could even cost DNA to do so.... as long as you can change your mind once you find out that the evolution you chose sorta stinks.
Also... I think that In endless mode...
Since you can retry as many times as you want, and there are no consequences for dying (except having to re-do all your turrets/etc.).... the game should save your progress. I don't want to have to start all over from wave one and play for 2 hours to get back to where I left off if I decide I want to take a break from endless. It's not a survival mode.... and a continue where you left off option would only make sense.
Anyway.... The game was really fun otherwise!
Nice Visuals
Nice Audio
Fun Gameplay
8/10
Thanks a lot for sharing!

I like to chomp
This was a good game because the graphics were really good. It reminded me of the ghost game that was made by The-Super-Flash-Bros. It's interesting to have a game where you can eat so many things. My only problem is probably that it's a bit too fast paced and there are too many enemies. At least it's fun to have that map to show you where they all are. If you forget to make one defense tower, it will cost you.
It takes a lot to get rid of all those enemies. You do seem to have a nice background. I was upset that I wouldn't be able to get any medals except for in-game achievements. I was so happy to find out the achievements that showed on screen were medals in themselves! It seems like there were so many it would be easy to get some.
