Hi everyone :) I'm super excited to finally be releasing the first part of Sol: Clockwork!
I've had more false starts, computer crashes, and total overhauls than I can recall working on this thing, but here it is! I've found my original plans for the game were lot bigger than what you can really put in one .swf file, so now the game is broken into episodes. Whether or not the rest of those episodes get made sorta depends on how this is received and how much time I've got to work on it... so we'll see!
Of course, many thanks are due to all my friends and family who've helped me every step along the way... thanks guys!
Also! the game features awesome original music by Thomas Sharp-Gagnie, for which I'm very thankful. I think it really adds a lot to the game. There's a link in-game to his myspace page if you like it, although I don't think he's updated it in a long time.

very fun and nice story!
wanted a traditional story like this. a few grammar/sentence/spelling errors and the movement of the panel/script/pictures are too slow. when i hit space when i had the option the character wouldn't block. i found that i had to block a second or half second later so it was merely a timing issue. but the game itself is very pleasing and im looking forward to chapter 2. the art/graphics look decent but I'm waiting for something even better and I'm very excited to see some improvements. Keep up the good work!
and treb1998, your game isn't loading because your flash player isn't updated.

Great Game
This game was really enjoyable, The turned based combat was really good and the inclusion of the space bar made it much more interactive, I liked the style of the art also. Great job!

big bug causing unplayable
can't play it. something is causing it to flash everything over my screen the moment i press play game on the loading screen.
I guess if you have the latest version of flash this isn't an issue... Sorry about that :S

Overall, very good!
I found the controls actually quite easy. I don't know what was the issue with the commenters before me. Great soundtrack, well-made graphics, intriguing storyline. Not without bugs, but nothing that can't be fixed. Overall a solid game!
