Yep, Illinois is the same...

Cannot agree more.
went there this year for a white xmas, y'know, like the white christmas its had for the past 5 years, then I get there and its unseasonably warm. I told a black cop that we'd come for a white christmas, all he said was "sorry."
Fuck New York weather man.
