The game is solid, but there are some rather unpleasant blunders that really detract from its play.
Numbers are not the enemy. By all means, please let us know how much health we and our opponent have, how much damage EXACTLY the different weapons deal, how much of an augment we get from different bending, etc. Not knowing a reasonable proportion of what attack will deal what proportion of an opponent's health makes the game difficult in a way that feels artificial. Even if you don't want to give exact opponent numbers, it would still be nice to have a baseline of some sort.
It is also not out of line to have a description of the different powerups and what each building does somewhere. Hiding this information also makes the game harder than it should be to learn, and prevents effective strategy on the player's part. A tutorial also may not be out of the question here, since getting the aiming correct feels more challenging than it should.
Angry Birds got away with the camera perpetually following projectiles because there was a way to view the rest of the map. The camera following the projectiles here makes the game more difficult, since it is disgustingly hard to get a feel for the way the projectiles move when your only frame of reference is a half-remembered background, and it prevents the player from seeing where different power-ups are before choosing a projectile, which is problematic for Water players.
Overall, a solid formula with good graphics, but there are some elements of the game that make it feel artificially difficult.
