The game should save automatically, but opening the map will do a manual write to the HD. This might cause a moment of lag on some computers. So, DON'T PANIC! lol
If you want to make sure your game saves, open the map before you quit. It should be fine even if you don't, but a tester had an issue so I threw a flush statement in as a failsafe. :3

me gusta.
Amazing game. only problem is my inability to find the remaining mushroom and key. For this reason I feel you should make it so there is some way of locating those final items. Otherwise, I had a lot of fun.

excellent
a PURE platformer.
it knows what it wants to be and it does it well with pretty gfx and relaxing sound.
.
a bit smplistic, it would help to introduce new platfroming problems to solve instead of just puzzles and searching every cm of landscape
.
would spice it up a bit for a 10 out of 10

Fantastic game
The game was great. Awesome atmosphere. Great mechanics. I only took one star off because I spent about 30-40 minutes trying to find the last key for the last chest, after earning the "sparkly" power only to find that it was hidden underground. Had I found it before getting that power it wouldn't have been an issue. Still, really awesome game. The fact that I stuck with it to find that last key speaks volumes.

Oh gosh, I love the way he leaps. You did a great job on creating this. The graphics are nice and the, just like the first one, the music is wonderful. c':

Beautiful
I loved the first game and remembered it every now and then. I didn't expect a sequel, but this was a pleasant surprise. I definitely got to add you to my 'support' list :)
