The game should save automatically, but opening the map will do a manual write to the HD. This might cause a moment of lag on some computers. So, DON'T PANIC! lol
If you want to make sure your game saves, open the map before you quit. It should be fine even if you don't, but a tester had an issue so I threw a flush statement in as a failsafe. :3

I never completed the first game. But I completed this.
It was quick and pretty easy. The graphics are awesome. The background noises (birds chirping, owls hooting, etc) are very calming. Very nice game play, good controls and a good ending. I think that makes a good game. The Ohnem were pretty cool.
My downside is, it's very hard and takes a lot of time. I spent an hour or two on this game. The controls were a little confusing, but I could play with it.
Overall, a really great game. This is my first review. I would really love to see a third game, as this game and the previous one were both really great.
Good job on the game. I got a Caring, (something) Zen-Minded Fox.

i really liked it
the game was very pretty but either a key is in the last chest with the last journal or my game broke :c i literally traced the walls and checked ever floating island i have 100 mushrooms but without the last journal i could not complete the game

Very nice :D
Everything is so smooth and you can see that you put alot of work into this. my only problem is that after a while it started to hurt my eyes, unlike the first one with a more simple animation this was 3d. verynice 3d game for a flash or whatnot. other then my eyes crying blood from the awesomness of 3d, that they cant handle i guess, this game is very good! Bravo ser!

Just 100%'d the game.
An extremely well made game! Of course, just like the original it manages to be magical and adventurous without being boring or sappy; A difficult thing to do! My only complaint is if you get stuck looking for one or two items later on to finish the game, as I was, and end up taking 20 minutes scouring the landscape searching for the damned things.
Regardless, this is a very well thought-out game. The graphics were great, the controls were fluid, and all the little details made it quite charming.
My only complaint, and this might've just been me, but when I played on the site (i.e. without opening the game in a different window) I experienced severe lag, to the point that I couldn't play. Opening the game in a different window solved this problem entirely, so it could've been the ads or whatever, but still.
A very good follow-up to the original, nicely done my good man!
