HOOWAY FRONT PAGED!
Hate it or Love it
Ya, sure, your gonna have a few people who don't like all of the references, or the repetition, but you gotta take it for what it is. I enjoyed the entire series, and yes the Jimmy Durante was put on a bit heavy, but I liked it, again it is what it is, your either gonna love it or hate it.
10/10, Animation was well done, and liked the voices... but you ruined frosty the snowman forever you know that right lmao jk... good job.
That was the plan! lol :D
A very fitting and funny finale!
Story: I love how each episode actually brings something to the story, and isn't just little bits of eye candy. It ended pretty well too, nobody would've expected all this to happen.
Writing (jokes): Still really good. I liked that time-traveling bit where they were parodying tons of different horror movies that, if done earlier, would have no context towards the story. But I guess that's why you threw that segment in there, so I won't complain.
Voices: Still pretty crystal clear. I really like it when you try to do voices of little girls, they sound so awful, but that's what makes it funny.
Artwork: Really cool, yet laid back. It's actually hard to describe the art-style entirely without going into very big detail, so I'll just hold off on that. It looks somewhat fitting for a semi-parody (I don't actually consider it one, hence the term), if you can believe that.
Animation Movement: Pretty solid. Mainly, it's okay. Not too bad, not too good.
OVERALL: A perfect end to this wonderful and creative series. I could talk for hours about this series, It's just so cool, funny, and overall very self-aware. It seems to poke fun at every single horror movie, in some form or other, subtle or not. Honestly, I couldn't think of a better way to end this series, so I give you a solid thumbs up for actually really thinking about it, which can explain the wait, aside from animating, doing voicework, etc. That's why I'm practically disecting this video; there's just so much to talk about.
Thanks for the analysis of the series! I think the ending came out better than expected. I've learned a lot animation-wise since 2004 (when the series began), but couldn't really change the look and feel of the series. Overall, I think it all came together nicely. :)
All this time...
Yup. Im happy.
I. Love. This.
I have waited years to see how it all ends, and it has been well worth it. I am buying the DVD right now. Congratulations on making one of the best series I have ever seen. :D
Thanks dude! Glad you enjoyed it all. :)
I've watched this over the years, and I somehow missed this one.
But I have to say, seeing this over does make me sad
