Addicting, yet stupid
The game, quality...fails by itself. "Haters gonna hate" is just highly stupid. Your art, looks like you scribbled it in and used little time to animate. How did this get into Daily Third Place when it's not even all that good?
It's plot, eh, got potential, but all you do is ride on a motorcycle. Either you got lazy, or you didn't care. Whichever this game needs some high fixing. And stop being lazy.

...An Unfinished Game
Too few levels, like 5 or 4 of them, not enough for regular gamers and this genre. It needs 20 or 30 of them, each getting harder and harder, not easy and fun-then abruptly hard and annoying. Bonus is a rick-roll, which makes it even worse. You have to have a solid plot and no little mentions like (I didn't even want to do this) or (No idea what the plot it about.) It just ruins the quality of any game. Criticism is fine, but you have to make an option to turn it on or off. The 2nd to last level annoyed the life out of me, since you barely had any room to get to the ramp so you could jump over the fence.
"Haters Gonna Hate" and "Pinky Back-round is Pinky =D" is unprofessional.
It's just yelling "Hey, I don't care about this game and so should you!"
Voice acting was annoying and screams are just ripped off from The Simpons along with poor (bad) looking people, drawing-wise.
Overall, just an unfinished game.

Hm.
Has no-one given any actual critique yet?
The voice acting isn't all that great.
And the animation for the starting cut-scene is kind of off for some parts.
The game itself is simple and enjoyable, and has it's funny moments.
If I could make a suggestion... Find a voice actor, focus a little more on animations, and get a motor-cycle noise for the bike. Otherwise, like I said, simple and enjoyable. A good "While I'm eating breakfast time-waster."
