I like the art style, but when you get into the nitty gritty:
This game lacks strategic depth, it lacks variety, the gameplay is painfully slow even on the "3X," and the only thing that keeps you engaged is gathering coins. There are a dozen other TD games I would play before this one.

Seems maybe a little too inspired by Revenge of the Titans.

I really enjoyed this game. Getting all the medals was a challenge but not impossible. I find nothing wrong with the game except a few minor spelling errors. I would suggest fixing them if there is going to be a sequel.
I notice a lot of people saying that this game is too hard. Here are some tips for making the game easier-
Plant towers where they will cover the most ground.
More towers is better than just a few highly upgraded ones.
Use acid (Poison) towers at the start of where the bad guys spawn this wears them down. Space them out along the road so they get worn down by them so your other towers will be more effective.
Use slower towers. While the bad guys are slowed down your towers will hit them more times, making them easier to kill. Put them next to the acid towers.
Make sure to use cannon towers and speed gun towers in addition to these two towers.
Plant bombs near the end. If you put 3 or 4 bombs near the end these can be a safety in case that one monster gets away.

Actually, I find this game easy. You'll just have to do the right trick to pass the level in one go without losing a life. Though i have concerns/suggestions about this game:
1. Provide information about the aliens so that we'll know what they're capable of doing (unless you did it to surprise the player and make the game a little challenging).
2. Counter. Provide us with the number of waves there will be in a level so we'll know how far along we are and how many enemies are left in a wave that we should be expecting.
3. Tutorial or at least instructions. Yes, tower-defense games have the same agenda but they are not made the same.
4. The speed. 3x does not feel like 3x the speed and there's only a little difference between them.
5. There's no difficulty level or this game's too plain and simple. Aliens come, you build towers, aliens die.
6. The only thing that bothers me is that when you kill the aliens that enter the upper left corner of the screen some of the money goes behind the money and health status. Collecting the money behind it is a bit difficult sometimes.
7. Upgraded weapons level. There should be an indication as to what level the tower is or maybe changing the tower's appearance once it's upgraded. Make it bigger if it has more power and stars or dots to show it's ROF.
8. Levels. There are only 9 levels in this game and there is not much difference in each of the levels. It looks repetitive and not much of a challenge.
9. When you finish the level it's supposed to say "Congratulations!" instead of Congratulate.
10. Achievements. Adding them won't hurt. It makes the player play more of the game since it has a few goals to achieve.

What I like about games is it's ability to make you play it over and over again, yet wanting for more. That quality of game seems to be rare nowadays. Sadly, for me this game is not one of them. Will I play it to pass the time? Yes. Will I play it again because it's too interesting? No. Honestly, if it weren't for the medals I wouldn't finish the game at all. It's not that I don't like this game. It's just a little bland for my tastes. A little spice won't hurt. There's always room for improvement. So don't give up!
