A public service announcement inspired by the film version of War of the Worlds. I spent quite a bit of time on this one, hope you like it :)]
EDIT: In response to some recent reviews I will say this, Red Bull did NOT pay me to make this, so stop asking if they did. This is a parody animation I made for a recent competition. I wanted to use the theme of War of the Worlds because I think the tripod aliens are cool.

Disapointment
The animation was good and it was very smooth and you had a good theme. so you have all the book work done. the joke just seemed lacking for me you could have done more. The title made me interested and I expected a little more humor but I saw the redbull and was like ok then all it did was fill energy and shoot and it was kind of an aww thats it. all in all seven maybe seven in a half for a safe flash.

entertaining
I liked it, but i think a cheesy public announcer voice would have been even more funny. red bull energy was a great idea. maybe some cut scenes with still shots and helpful hints to avoid total destruction like the old "duck and cover" nuclear war video tapes. that would have made me laugh out loud.

not great / not bad. all in all pretty good
Ok so it was an excellent animation I'll give you that but personally I think that there needed to be some kind of narrator's voice like from those old "safety first" videos they made us watch in high school.

I liked it...
My only real complaint is that you made the spin on the Smokey the Bear slogan, rather than the Red Bull slogan. As a PSA parody, this was fairly weak, but as an advertising parody I think it had more potential.
Still, probably better than anything I could come up with. I liked it, and think that other people are being too hard on ya. Keep creating!
Also, front page? Maybe you should give Red Bull a call and see if you can't get a little recognition from them! ;)
