Author Comments

An ancient castle forms the prison between the warring angel of virtue and demon of sin, locked away between worlds. An unsuspecting wanderer stumbles upon this forsaken place, and she must struggle to walk a righteous or sinful path in her effort to determine the outcome of the age-old struggle.

There is some excessive and questionable adult content in this game, so if you are prone to finding these types of things offensive, I would strongly suggest skipping this game. It is a pretty straight forward adventure game, and all the adult content is decided on the choices you make as the game moves forward. There are 5 endings depending on the decisions you make.

Hope you enjoy!

I think the point of the story here is something along the lines of "don't knock it until you try it" as, if you do the levels right, you get another level up and another 'taboo' to not violate. Furthermore, 'Dusty' seems to be disturbed at best by what she does (if you take any of the Azrael routes), but eventually gets to the point where she doesn't care as much and just wants something to plug her.

Or 'if you find yourself alone in a strange house with no idea how you got there, don't touch a damn thing or you might end the world. Not even yourself.'

This aside, the game itself seems to sacrifice some (some) possibly better animation opportunities for the thing known as 'the plot', which such a thing exists in other sex games, this one actually offers a number of different endings. Furthermore, one reason it might not have audio could be to not distract the player with a bunch of sounds that sound the same over and over in favor of "CHOOSE WHAT TO DO ALREADY! Come on, don't just automatically pick that one every time, eh?!"

Or something. Maybe I'm way off.

I actually played this on another site.

It was a while ago, a couple months. I must admit, I wasn't 'that' impressed, and let it pass thinking the game was many years old. It is NOT many years old. Don't get me wrong, most hentai games are atrocious and don't deserve the life they have, but it still could have been much better.

I'll break it into several Categories.

1: Movement and Exploration.
Grade: D (3/6)

The movement seemed very stale and robotic, moving then stopping then moving again made it look like you are warping without really even moving your legs... which is fine considering you can somehow float.

Stairs in the back-round aren't immediately apparent, and will likely take a couple passes until you realize they can be used.

Perhaps my biggest fault with this entire game is the 'fetch quests' that you have. It is essentially ALL of the game, most of which are apparent at the beginning of the game, but otherwise completely UN-completable until a certain part in the game. Most things that you know you will need, or things that you THINK you will want to look in you cannot pick up until overly specific times. It is completely unnecessary and the game would be improved with it either fixed or removed.

This is further punctuated by locked off areas until they are absolutely needed.

2: Sex Scenes.
Grade: B (5/6)

Perhaps the most important parts of these types of games. A few hiccups aside, it feels either pretty standard, or standing out in a good way.

My favorite is split between the first, and the sleeping one, and my least favorite is deadly obvious.

My first ending was Enslaved, that being because I went for whatever my penis wanted for all except one thing, I mean... really...

Sex with a dead pig? That's a new low. That alone makes me want to take multiple points off of the game, but I'll take one off instead. Aside from that obvious abomination, all of the other sex scenes are very good. The plant one, which I was looking forward to, seemed to come up a penny short... it seemed rather... dry...

Animations and Endgame
Grade: D (3/6)

Although I just praised the sex scenes for their diversity and overall pleasantness, I would be a liar if I said everything in the game was as smooth as that. The endgame itself, which is basically just a bunch of backtracking into a room with an asinine game 'Right and Wrong.' By this point, it is apparent what you have to do to progress, and by this point you have already swung one way or another, and there isn't much you can do about it later on.

Not to mention, even for a hentai game, it basically screams "Sex is Bad." There are a few sex scenes in this game that are completely devoid of a moral compass and in a larger picture wouldn't make you any more evil or pure to either avoid or even pursue them, such as the Plant portion. That's what they need to do to live, so I mean... what the hell...?

And in the first scene with the mirror, that isn't particularly evil or good either. If anything it's a mix between incest and masturbation. Not to mention the character had complete control over it, so it was less impure, and more impulse.

Not to mention most of the game itself is just one big airy bland plate. Between segments only serve to get you to other segments, and the awkward movement controls and movement animations serve only to ruin whatever 'buzz' you are working with, especially later on when the game is all formulaic.

Total Score: C+ (3.5/6)

It was good to very good where it counted, just everywhere else... all of the small details seemed overshadowed by an un-ignorable movement scheme, and the obvious awkwardness of the 'Gluttony' scene.

It is good to see someone put more effort into making an interesting plot for an adult game. That's something you don't see very often. And this game certainly caters to many....interests, but my complaint is that it's just so slow! There is so much padding in this game in the form of items that only appear when they're relevant, and more annoyingly, items that can only be used when they are relevant. Even the mix makes you aimlessly wander around to let it cool. It's understandable with the small number of rooms, but it just ends up being irritating. Overall, it's a good game, but with some questionable, irritating design decisions.

Why is this so acclaimed? I feel a lot of the reviewers are thinking with an organ that isn't their brain...
3/5 Art
2/5 Animation
0/5 Audio
1/5 Gameplay
1/5 Coding/Level design
1/5 Dynamics
